Everyday is a lesson

I am learning to be safe and secure, that everything I CAN control the things I feel and see and think. It is hard but I am trying. Will write more soon. For now, my daily reminder for me:

I am loved.
I have love and joy in me.
I have Christ in me so there is immense love for me and for others.
I have Christ in me so there is nothing to fear.
I have Christ in me so I do not flare up in irritation, anger nor self-defense.
I have Christ in me so I am not sad, not even a little bit.
I have Christ in me, so I am neither stupid nor slow.
I have Christ in me, NOTHING can hurt me, not looks nor words.
I have Christ in me so when I fall or falter I can get up and keep walking a better person who looks forward.
I have Christ in me so there is always faith, love and hope in me, around me and everywhere.
